~chapter seven~

“I’m so sorry Anna I should have told you” jackal said with a sorrowful expression on his face. I don’t know what to do I kind of like jackal but what he did hurt me so much I don’t know if I’ll be able to look at him.

“How can I trust you jackal I thought you were nice, cool, and a good guy to be around but I thought wrong “tears started to stream down my face. I couldn’t look at him anymore so I ran to my room and cried till I fell asleep.

(Jackal’s POV)

‘I screwed up big time it seems I did it to survive but it was the first human blood I tasted three years ago and it was the first time in that town I don’t know it was her parents till I saw her mother’s eyes ‘ I thought and went to my room to think about what I have done.

When morning came around I heard voices coming from down stairs so I went to the top of the stairs and listened to the voices.

“He really did that to your parents” Isis’s familiar voice filled the living room from what I could tell Anna shifted in her seat a bit.

“Yeah I don’t know if I should forgive him or not” Anna said I could tell she was still upset and she should.

“Let’s go out to an old friend of mine they always like new vamps coming there “Isis said and like that they left me here. I could have guessed I upset Anna.

(Anna’s POV)

Isis and I went out to a friend’s house. Once we got there was a boy in the yard pulling weeds out of the garden it seemed. The boy had dark brown hair and silver eyes looked up seeing Isis’s car in his drive way he waved at us and went inside. Once he came back out he was followed by a girl with black hair and pale blue eyes. We got out and walked to them.
“Hi” I said to them and I smiled.

“Hello I’m Jaden and this is my sister Sophie” Jaden said shaking my hand Sophie smiled and shook my hand as well.

“Nice to meet you I’m Annabell but call me Anna” I said and they nodded.
“Welcome to widow’s vale Anna” they both said laughing a bit.

We all headed inside and decided to go swimming Sophie let me borrow one of her swim suits. Somehow I miss jackal I shook that feeling away. I felt my self be lifted up by Jaden and snapped out of my daze and screamed.

“Put me down Jaden please” I screamed and laughed at the same time but he threw me in the pool.

“Having fun Anna” Jaden asked and I nodded.

“Of course I do” I said smiling wide. But I looked at the sky missing jackal more than I thought.

Isis seemed to know what I felt and went inside. What was she up to?
